  If I could leave it zero, I would do that. That gang of thieves do not deserve even one star. First, the location is a dump, they did not even fixed it up after hurricane Sandy damaged the facility 6 years ago. Business is slow, the CubeSmart opened 3 new locations just couple of blocks away and took all their business, and rightfully so - that rat hole should be closed by sanitation department. Now, service wise. I used the unit for 8 months, always paid on time, released on time - broom clean. Notified management before the release and right after. All was good, up until I start getting bills and collection notices over email and mail and harassment phone calls from management. All because I did not sign some stupid form, which no one told me about in advance. I am in another state, cannot come to Brooklyn just to sign the form. Asked email or mail form to me -they refused. It's simple money extortion - they do not have enough customers, so need to make living somehow. Shame!! Stay away from that dishonest gang. Be smart and use CubeSmart.
