  The store I went to was on 66th Street in Manhattan not the Brooklyn store The sales person I spoke with and her manager the black guy were very helpful and nice. When I had to call back the next day to speak with the other manager and whomever answered the phone had not customer service skills. Honestly I wouldn’t have bought me bed just because the Asian manager and whoever answered the phone don’t know how to speak to customers. A part of me truly wanted to just cancel and go to Jennifer convertables

  I purchased a TV Console a year ago and it was delivered intact. The service at the store (490 Fulton Street, B'klyn) was impeccable as well as the delivery men.
