  Great...I've lived here for almost 4-years. I love my 1st investment, the quality of the materials are great and the upkeep of the cleaning in the building and landscaping is nice too. My investment is worth every penny as I'm in a prime real estate location. When I first moved in, it was nice and got better... I saw the 2nd half of the Gatewary Mall being built from my window which means the value of my property has increased.
  
  There are so many valuable things in the community. My church is down the block, I have multiple options of which supermarkets I can go to, the subways are not too far, there are a lot of eateries and the Mall itself saves me time from having to go to Manhattan or Kings Plaza to shop if I need to. I would not change my decision for the world. If I choose to move I would keep my place as it is in a great location in Brooklyn.
