  We manage a brand new condominium development in Brooklyn and have had nothing but issues with the roofs that were installed by Mactech. The roofs are less than three years old, yet each unit with a rooftop is experiencing the same issues; the roofs are leaking in multiple places, resulting in damage and molding to the ceilings, or the angling of the roofing is not sufficient to properly drain rain water, causing it to pool up around the drains. Numerous calls for assistance have gone unanswered. We will be pursuing legal action against Mactech as a result.
