  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered a Herman Miller Aeron chair and it broke 7 months later. Out of the blue one day, the chair dribbled oil onto the carpet, lowered onto its base, and refused to raise back up. I am short in stature, so the chair is completely useless now. Tried calling customer service, but was ALWAYS forwarded to voicemail. Tried emailing, but ZERO response. There are many furniture stores out there; the only way to distinguish yours is by good customer service. That did not happen here.
