  DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I AM WARNING YOU GUYS! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. So I placed my order for a delivery on Valentine's Day a WEEK before. I should have been priority. Since 11 am that day my order status said "arranging your order now." It didn't update. So I called them 3 times and no one picked up that day! I called the corporation, Edible Arrangements International, and they said they can't do anything about it. But the lady on the phone did tell me that deliveries for a business are guaranteed by 5 pm. An hour later, my boyfriend gets a call saying that his surprise will be delivered around 6 PM, (later than the guaranteed time) and by then he will already left the office! So my boyfriend told them to bring it back tomorrow BEFORE 4 pm. AGAIN, the next day they did not deliver on time. I harassed them and called them to make sure they would stay on top of the order and they failed to delivery again. At this point it is now 2 days after Valentine's Day so I call for a refund. The corporation tells me that only the store manager can issue me a refund and must contact me back within 48 hours. They attempted the delivery again when I told them that my boyfriend wouldn't even be in the office the next day. The manager had still not contacted me back so my boyfriend got frustrated as well and demanded that I get a refund. He called the corporation and yelled at them and THEN did they initiate the refund. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
